An investment in the Funds’ shares is subject to risks. The value of the Funds’ investments will fluctuate based on changes in the prices of the securities they hold, which will cause the value of the Funds’ shares to increase or decrease. You could lose money by investing in the Funds. By themselves, the Funds do not constitute a complete investment program. Before investing in the Funds, you should carefully consider the risks they face, along with the other information contained in the prospectus.

Since the Funds are non-diversified, they may be subject to greater volatility and potential reduction of capital than funds that are more broadly allocated across a larger number of securities. An investment in the Funds involves risk. The Funds are new and lack a significant operating history by which to evaluate their potential performance. There can be no assurance that the Funds’ strategies will be successful. The Funds may use leverage in their investments by “borrowing,” which increases both the risk of loss and the potential for profit.

Shares of the Funds are not listed on any securities exchange, making them inherently illiquid. There is no secondary market for the Funds’ shares, and it is not anticipated that one will develop. Shares of the Funds are not redeemable. Therefore, an investment in the Funds may not be suitable for investors who may need access to their invested capital within a specific time frame.

Although the Funds will offer to repurchase at least 5% of outstanding shares on a quarterly basis in accordance with their repurchase policies, they are not required to repurchase shares at a shareholder’s option, nor are shares exchangeable for units, interests, or shares of any other security. The Funds are not obligated to extend repurchase offers beyond the minimum, and shareholders should not expect the Boards of Trustees to authorize repurchases in excess of 5% of outstanding shares.

Regardless of how the Funds perform, investors may not be able to sell or otherwise liquidate their shares when desired and, except as permitted under the quarterly repurchase offer, will be unable to reduce exposure during market downturns.

The Funds may invest a portion of their assets in securities with speculative characteristics, such as lower-rated or unrated debt commonly referred to as “high yield bonds” or “junk bonds.”

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses carefully before investing.
