Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Representative to join our national sales team. This individual will play a key role in developing and supporting relationships with financial advisors and investment professionals. The hybrid model combines virtual engagement with periodic in-person meetings and event attendance to maximize advisor outreach and impact.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of financial advisor relationships within your assigned territory.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Liquid Strategies and Overlay Shares ETFs, with a deep understanding of options-based strategies, alternatives, and the advisor-client dynamic.

Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits to cultivate advisor relationships and drive AUM growth.

Support external wholesalers (if applicable) to coordinate sales efforts and territory coverage.

Represent the firm at regional events, virtual conferences, and webinars to promote brand visibility.

Maintain activity and results tracking in CRM systems to support ongoing campaign and performance analysis.

Liaison with marketing, portfolio management, compliance, and key external vendors.
Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management or ETF sales.

Demonstrated success in a sales or advisor-facing role, with knowledge of investment products and portfolio construction.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to simplify complex investment ideas.

Hubspot, AdvizorPro, YCharts, Excel skills a plus.

Located in or near Atlanta, GA with ability to travel periodically.
